Fleetstar Mobile Resource Management (MRM)
For organisations looking to 'go paperless' and utilise PDA's or mobile computers to manage workflow and information exchange

This module is aimed particularly at the growing number of service and delivery organisations who need to know where their resources are in relation to their jobs and how the business is performing against planned schedules.  This module will enable organisations to respond dynamically as events unfold and to identify further opportunities to improve planning and productivity

• Upload jobs into FOL via CSV files or 3rd party interface via the Cybit Applications Programming Interface (API)
• Create and manipulate jobs within FOL and assign to vehicles singularly or in bulk
• View the details of all jobs for a vehicle on screen. This can include information such as job reference, start time, end time, anticipated work time, description and location
• All current and future jobs (within a user defined period) that are assigned to a vehicle can be viewed on map and on live dynamic timesheets
• Actual versus Planned reporting – in either detailed or summary format to review the number of jobs completed, jobs missed, arrival time, departure time, time on site and variance from plan

Fleetstar-MRM combines additional job management functionality already available through Fleetstar-Online and allows users to create/ assign and communicate jobs in real-time to vehicles or workers in the field. Through an integrated application of PDA’s, the vehicle location and PDA inputs can be verified against vehicle location, enhancing management visibility and optimise operational efficiency and billing cycles. Paperwork processing delays can be avoided and customer signature captured electronically and transmitted to the office for the ultimate proof of work completed or delivery.

Fleetstar Duty of Care
Enabling Legislation Compliance

In recognition of the increasing legislative burden companies are facing, Cybit have developed the ‘Duty of Care’ module. This module has been designed specifically to help support businesses manage their obligations relating to the Working Time Directive, Corporate Manslaughter legislation and Duty of Care legislation. Company Directors are accountable for the actions of their mobile workers irrespective whether they are driving a company or privately owned vehicle.

• An additional module available on FOL combines technology with accredited consultancy advice and training. The additional capability includes the following to provide audit trail evidence to the appropriate authorities;
• Record vehicle servicing records. Capture the dates and mileages of vehicle servicing records. Alerts at customer specified intervals to ensure that vehicles are always maintained with manufacturers guidelines.
• Record driving license check records, driver training courses, eyes sight test results, MOT and road fund license expiry dates to ensure your vehicles and drivers are always legally when on the road.
• Pro-actively manage these critical activities through detailed management reports (providing a historical audit trail) and via live alerts by email or SMS when expiring.
• Reporting suite also identifies excessive journey lengths allowing businesses to identify individuals most at risk of fatigue related accidents. This also allows business to ensure drivers stay within HGV break related legislation without waiting for tachograph analysis to be conducted.
• Third party ‘restricted’ access to FOL for organisations such as vehicle servicing companies to add records to the platform (only receiving access to the elements of the system they require)

Fleetstar Data Analyser
Analyse and compare data over period of weeks, months and years

Data Analyser identifies trends in data captured through Fleetstar-Online over extended time periods, allowing managers to measure trends and demonstrate year-on-year performance improvements, which can then be presented through a series of user-definable reports and graphs.

Data Analyser can be scheduled to run at regular intervals with reports emailed to a pre-defined list of recipients. Reports are available in HTML, PDF, CSV and XML formats. Data can be easily summarised by region, division or depot. As a result managers can compare mileage, speeding, stop/idle times and job completion rates across operating bases and can measure the impact that operational changes are having in the performance of their mobile resources.
